It's time for gift shopping and the first question you need to ask when choosing a wine gift is which gift will ship to the state you need? Wine delivery laws are extremely confusing, but I am going to quickly break them down and help you find the right wine gifts that can be shipped wherever in the United States you need them.
What Are The Wine Shipping Rules?
The Liquor Law Repeal and Enforcement Act regulates shipments of alcohol beverages from one state into another state based on the laws of the receiving state. (27 U.S.C. ยง122) Unfortunately, wine delivery laws very from state to state and change frequently. Fortunately for us, wine clubs pay people to make sure that they get the laws right and will tell you where they can ship!
Which Wine Club Delivers To [Fill-In] State?
You may or may not be sending a wine gift to the state that you are in. As the buyer of the wine, it does not usually matter where YOU live. It only matters where you want to send the wine.
Some of the wine clubs will ask you for your state as soon as you enter the site. Put in the state to which you want the wine sent. For other states you will need to look around for either a “Shipping” link or “Frequently Asked Questions.”
We've tried to make it even easier for you by setting up a “Shop By State Wine Club” list. Simply choose the state where you want you want to send the wine club. It will then bring you to a page for that site, such as Monthly Wine Clubs that Ship to Pennsylvania. All of the clubs on that page are clubs that should ship to that state. Keep in mind that state laws do change and wine clubs change their businesses. But we try to keep our list as accurate as possible so that you do not waste your time.

You'll be surprised how many wine clubs you will find that ship where you need them to ship. The only state with really limited selections is Utah, but even a few of our favorites will ship there!.
